The Estonian cleaning industry has long been characterized by traditional working methods and low digital maturity. Puhastusekspert saw a clear need to change the view of what cleaning is and how quality can be measured, monitored and developed digitally. At the same time, previous system solutions had not delivered sufficient support, training or long-term value, which made it difficult to scale and work in more demanding environments such as hospitals.
